We specialize in small group and private walks.
Our walks are thoughtfully designed to support each dog's mental, physical & emotional well-being. We never walk more than four dogs at a time, and every group is carefully matched based on each dog's individual needs and our professional assessment.

Group Walk suitability is assessed during your Meet & Greet and continually throughout your time with us.
Because compatibility is essential for every dog's safety and well-being, Low Key Dog Walks determines whether a suitable Group Walk is available. If a compatible group is not available, we'll recommend a Private Walk instead.
Private Walks are most common for evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays due to limited compatible options. If a Group Walk is preferred, we will offer this if possible and at our discretion.

Ideal for dogs who benefit from personalized support or a quieter walking experience
Some dogs benefit from a gradual transition toward Group Walks or a lower-stimulation walking environment. When appropriate, we may recommend a Private+ Walk, which includes one or more carefully selected staff dogs to support your dog's individual needs and confidence.
Private+ Walks are offered at our discretion and are billed at the same rate as Private Walks.

Pet Sitting
In-home overnight care, so your dog can stay comfortable in their own familiar environment while you're away! Care includes feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, companionship, brushing, and other agreed-upon care such as medication administration.

Pet Sitting is booked separately from our walking service and is available by request, subject to availability. Pet Sitting is a limited service and availability is extremely limited. We will prioritize Recurring client requests whenever possible, and are rarely able to accommodate new clients.
Please note: Regular scheduled Low Key walks are not included during Pet Sitting unless booked separately.

Ideal for clients with irregular schedules who don't require Recurring weekly walks. Intended as a flexible alternative to a Recurring schedule and is subject to availability.

Rates shown are per walk.
How Frequency Discounts work:
Frequency Discounts apply automatically based on the number of completed services each week (Sunday–Saturday).
Each service type is counted separately.
Rates automatically adjust based on the number of completed services that week.
A minimum of two Group60 per week is required.
If a compatible group is not available, we may provide a Private30 instead (at the same base rate), depending on scheduling and staff availability.
Book as Needed Service Pricing
Rates shown are per walk.
How Book As Needed works:
$55 is charged on the first business day of each calendar month and ensures your Book As Needed account stays active.
This $55 serves as Credit and may be applied toward any Low Key service provided during that calendar month.
Unused Credit expires at the end of the calendar month, does not roll over, and is non-refundable.
Frequency Discounts do not apply.
Book As Needed services are charged on the day of service, or first day of service if multiple requests are made. Any available Credit is applied towards the charge first.
Scheduled services cancelled with at least two weeks' notice are not charged. Services cancelled with less than two weeks' notice are charged in full.
After the initial 3-month commitment, one full calendar month's written notice is required to close your Book As Needed account.
The 3-month minimum begins with the first full calendar month after services begin.
The $55 Meet & Greet deposit is separate from the monthly Book As Needed Credit and does not count towards the 3-month minimum. If services begin within 30 days of the Meet & Greet, up to $55 of the deposit is applied towards the first completed service. Any unused portion does not carry forward.
Monthly Credits continue to be charged while the Book As Needed account remains active.
Low Key Dog Walks may, at its discretion, reduce or waive cancellation charges in cases of unexpected circumstances outside the client's control.

Puppy Premium applies until 12 months of age, or sooner at our discretion.

Holiday services are subject to walker availability and apply to Statutory Holidays and designated Holiday Operations days.

Additional fees may apply for parking, building access, or travel time. Any applicable charges will be discussed during your Meet & Greet.

Applies to clients visiting Victoria or local clients requiring services for two weeks or less.

Requests received after office hours for the following business day (or after office hours Friday for the following Monday) are subject to the Same-Day Premium and availability.

Weekend walks are subject to a 50% premium. When two compatible services can be safely scheduled back-to-back with the same walker, the Weekend Premium may be reduced to 20%.
Additional dogs from the same household may include dogs living in separate suites at the same address. This will be determined at our discretion.
Clients actively working with one of our approved training partners receive 10% off all Low Key services (for the duration of their time working with the trainer).
Pet Sitting Pricing
Pet Sitting Extras
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all Pet Sitting bookings. The remaining balance is charged on the first day of service.
Overnight Pet Sitting includes up to 24 consecutive hours of care.
Service start and end times must fall between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
Pet Sitting is subject to staff availability and may not always be available.
Household responsibilities (such as watering plants or collecting mail) may affect pricing depending on the level of care requested.
Current rates include one dog. Additional household dogs receive 50% off the standard rate.
Currently inactive clients are subject to a 20% Premium.
All prices are subject to 5% GST and may change without notice.
